今日メールが届いていた.
それはカナダからで・・・8月に半年留学したはーちゃんだった.
彼女は高校2年生・・・だったかな？
とても素直でかわいい子だった.
旅立ってから1ヶ月あまり元気にしているかしらとメールを送っていたのだ.
その返事の一部を抜粋しましょう・・・
Anyways...my life is sooooo good. My host family is really kind to me and my friends are nice. I live in Richmond BC Canada. There're so many Asian in RIchmond. So...almost my friends are that people. They're giid people. I play the Flute in Band class. But I don't like that class...Because there're many flute players and students who take that class are yonger than me. So... too noisy and still infantile... BTW, now I'm grade 11th.
久しく英字にご無沙汰でした。
一時期その昔（かれこれ10年以上前）は、英会話を習っていて
外人の友達も数人いて…英語の夢をみるまでになっていたが・・・
月日は百代の過客にして…行き交う年も…
そんな言葉がありましたなー（しみじみ）
来年はアレクサンダーで素晴らしい先生を招きたいので
…英語もしっかり…やりたいなー・・と予定は未定.（笑）
